Refund & Cancellation Policy
Applicable to all Offline & Online Programs at Yuitor
📌 No Refund on Paid Fees
All payments made towards admission, registration, and tuition fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once the student is enrolled.
⏱️ Cancellation Before Course Start
Withdrawals before the course starts may be eligible for partial refund (excluding registration & processing fees) if formally notified in writing at least 7 days prior.
📚 Online Course Access
Refunds are not applicable after login credentials are shared or content is accessed/downloaded in any form.
🔄 Batch Transfers
Transfers between batches are allowed only under special cases and subject to availability. No refund is provided if a transfer is denied.
📩 Refund Request Process
All refund/cancellation requests must be emailed to info@yuitor.com. Approved refunds (if any) are processed within 15 working days.
⚖️ Management Rights
All decisions made by Yuitor's management regarding refund approvals shall be final and binding on the student/parent.
