Refund Policy

1. Fee Payment Policy

Fees at Yuitor Smart Institute are charged on a monthly basis and must be paid by the due date mentioned in the fee slip. Late fees may be charged for payments made after the due date.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

• If a student withdraws within 7 days of joining — 100% refund of the first month's fee
• If a student withdraws between 8-15 days — 50% refund of the first month's fee
• No refund if a student withdraws after 15 days of joining
• Registration fee (one-time) is non-refundable

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Study materials and books once issued
• Registration/admission fee
• Fees for completed months
• Test series fees

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, submit a written application to the institute office. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of approval and are made via the original payment method or bank transfer.

5. Special Circumstances

In case of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, special consideration may be given by the management. Documentation may be required.
